LaunchLane is a workspace for serious founders building real products. This page sets the bar for what we'll host.
1. You will not
- Break the law or use LaunchLane to facilitate unlawful activity.
- Infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Upload malware, ransomware, or content that exploits a vulnerability.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or phishing using our domains.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or anyone's use of it.
- Generate or distribute content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or facilitates self-harm.
- Use LaunchLane to make consequential decisions about people (credit, employment, housing, benefits, legal) without human review.
- Resell, rent or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.
- Train competing AI models on outputs or interfaces of the Service.
2. AI-assisted features
You're responsible for prompts you submit and for reviewing assistive output before publishing or relying on it. Do not paste personal data of third parties into AI prompts without a lawful basis.
3. Reporting abuse
See content or behaviour that breaches this policy? legal@launchlane.uk. We investigate and act on reports promptly.
4. Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. For severe or repeated breaches we may act without prior notice and report to the relevant authorities.
