Cookie Policy
Last updated 14 June 2026Governing law: England & WalesController: LaunchLane Limited (in formation), England & Wales
We use a small, deliberate set of cookies — strictly necessary by default, with anything optional behind explicit consent under PECR and UK GDPR.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We also use similar technologies (local storage, session tokens). This policy refers to all of them as “cookies”.
2. Categories we use
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, session integrity, CSRF protection, load balancing. Always on — no consent required. |
| Functional | Remembering preferences such as theme, last-opened workspace. Set when you use the feature. |
| Analytics | Aggregated, privacy-respecting product analytics. Only set with your consent. |
| Marketing | Not used. LaunchLane does not run ad-tech or cross-site tracking. |
3. Specific cookies
| sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token | Authentication session with the LaunchLane backend. Strictly necessary. Expires when you sign out. |
| ll-theme | Stores your light/dark preference. Functional. 12 months. |
| ll-consent | Records your cookie consent choices. Strictly necessary. 12 months. |
4. Managing your choices
- Use the cookie banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
- Change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
- Browser settings let you block or delete cookies, but the Service may not function correctly without strictly-necessary cookies.
5. Do Not Track and GPC
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out from non-essential cookies.
